Product is great but quality of video not do good. I have a connection speed of 138 to 179 and even with that the quality of the picture from the stream isn’t that good.

Fantastic service….us older folks need the human contact and not just email as often we do not know what you are talking about in the email….maybe a help hotline should be added to your incredible product….something the other competitors do not have
