Blank screen with channel list displayed

Recently we have noticed that routers with inbuilt security such as Trendmicro or Bitdefender had automatically started blocking the streams from working.

In order to resolve this issue please log into your router and deactivate your security software. If there is more than one option available then turn them all off and then back on one at a time and check of tour streams are back. Ensure to reboot your box if the streams are back and recheck before turning other options on.

    I have black screen but can see channel. I was advised to clear cache which I did. I was advised to unplug and plug back it. I did. I was advised to reboot my modem. I did. None of this worked and still have black screen. Can you advise a fix

      This issue needs to be raised thru the ticket system as we would need more information to assist that does not need to be available to everyone.

    I had the same issue.Turns out it was my internet provider.A call to them and whatever they did my iptv service working complete.
